The Coach Yard is proud to announce full width working flexible diaphragms designed to fit all HO scale cars designed with the 1937 AAR end profile.  This profile is the standard end profile for all lightweight railroad cars built in the United States. These diaphragms will be available individually and in packages of 6.  These will be produced in the following colors (please note, text colors here are just for fun, and are not accurate representations):
 

The following photos are prototype diaphragms have been in testing and were shown at the NMRA -2001 [St. Louis] and the International Model & Hobby Show -2001 [Chicago ]. The design has been improved to allow for better operation in curves and the mounting holes have been relocated closer to the corners of the cars.

A "Drill position fixture" is also being developed for ease of mounting the diaphragms on your cars.
